Wood Desktop - Solid or Veneered

The Response standing desk is made with a 3/4" thick wood desktop - for a beautiful, durable work surface that's a joy to work at.  You can choose from most popular desk finishes or reach out and you can choose from any of our many finish options.

The Response Desk is available in solid North American Hardwood, for an beautiful, heirloom quality desktop.  For a more economical option, choose our real-wood veneered MDF desktop option.  While not made of solid wood, our veneered desktop provides a beautiful, real wood desktop surface at an approachable price-point.

 All of our desktops are stained by hand and clear coated with a KCMA rated, Greenguard Certified, formaldehyde-free conversion varnish made.  It's both durable and provides safe indoor air quality.

Quick Assembly Standing Desk Base

The Response desk features our new, super easy to assemble desk base, the DF2, made for ROMI by Linak.  The DF2 legs click on like ski boots - just unpack your desk, click the legs on, flip the desk over, plug in, and you're good-to-go.  No more 90 minutes Ikea-esq, frustration sessions of assembly.
