Shipping & Local Delivery Info
Current Lead Times: 3-5 Weeks
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
We ship free to the continental United States! Orders to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as international orders, will incur an additional shipping fee (we’re sorry). Free shipping is curbside service, which means the delivery company is to get the piece off the truck and to your curb. You are responsible for bringing the piece inside. If you have any dates that won’t work for you, please let us know.
Large Items
Desks and other large items will ship by freight. We’ll forward tracking once the desk is picked up from the ROMI studio.
Smaller Items
Smaller items like side tables, clocks and color swatches will ship by U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We’ll send tracking information when the piece ships.
Local Delivery
Depending on your location, we may elect to deliver your furniture ourselves. We’ll be in contact to arrange delivery in that case.
Orders with Multiple Items
If you are purchasing larger orders of furniture for your office, your order may ship by truck (LTL). Contact us for order and shipping information.
Special Delivery Needs
If you have special delivery needs, please contact us to discuss. We traditionally offer in-home/white glove delivery services, but those have been limited due to Covid-19. Please drop us a line, and we’ll figure it out!
