Crafted with 3/4" thick solid North American Hardwood desktop, the Response desk offers a durable and beautiful work surface that’s a joy to work at. You can choose from several quick ship desk finish options or select any of our many finish options for a personalized touch. We also offer a more economical option of real-wood veneered MDF desktop that provides a beautiful, real wood desktop surface at an affordable price point.

Our desktops are stained by hand and coated with a KCMA rated, Greenguard Certified, formaldehyde-free conversion varnish that’s both durable and provides safe indoor air quality. The Response desk features our new, super easy to assemble desk base, the DF2, made for ROMI by Linak. With a 360lb capacity and anti-collision technology, the DF2 legs click on like ski boots – just unpack your desk, click the legs on, flip the desk over, plug in, and you’re ready to go. No more frustrating, 90-minute Ikea-style assembly sessions.

The Response is made to order in five beautiful hardwood finishes and eight stained, veneered MDF finishes. You can select the size and finish of your choice, and certain wood species may incur an additional charge. Connect with us at hello@romi.design to explore your options.
